The subject that revolves around the study is: the right to health security in the light of the purposes of Sharia, with the statement of the efforts of the Saudi Arabian Kingdom to take care of that right. The study dealt with the importance of the right to health security for human beings in this life, and to show his relationship with the purposes of Islamic law, which is one of the most prominent areas of Sharia in treatment, and in the report of rights. The study also spoke about the efforts of the Saudi Arabian Habitan, which she made in order to preserve that right, especially at the time of crises.
