Objective to say on the obligatory and its effect on fundamentalist issues

Abstract

It is well known that the science of the principles of jurisprudence is the knowledge of the rules that it leads to the deduction of practical legal provisions from its detailed evidence, and it is known that the reasoning with that evidence is not valid, fruit Inference, and given the great importance of these objections in a statement of the strength and weakness of the evidence, and what is suitable for them to establish the argument on the opponent and what is not suitable; In my research, I dealt with these objections, and then I went back to objection by saying what I dealt with in more detail and representation, so I explained its meaning, rulings, conditions, support, divisions, answer, and impact on fundamentalist issues. In my research, I was satisfied with its effect on fundamentalist issues, and I did not address its impact on the jurisprudence branches due to its many, but I saw the sufficiency in what I mentioned of jurisprudence during my narration of its sections and ways of answering it.
