As a dispute occurred between the scholars in the requirement of justice in the people of consensus on two doctrines, the most correct of which is the requirement of justice in the people of consensus. As the scholars agreed that justice is a condition in the mufti until its fatwa is accepted. The scholars differed in an unknown referendum in justice on two sects, the most correct of which is prohibited.
