Abstract

Justice to a phenomenon and inner, and the phenomenon is known from the phenomenon of man and watching his condition. Justice vary from one person to another, as they are degrees and ranks of each other. Justice has methods through which we stand on the justice of the narrator or the witness, including the agreed upon by the scholars, and from it the dispute. And there are things that are given to justice, with their presence or some of them, a person has become contested in his justice, so his testimony and narration are not accepted. As a dispute occurred between the scholars in the requirement of justice in the people of consensus on two doctrines, the most correct of which is the requirement of justice in the people of consensus. As the scholars agreed that justice is a condition in the mufti until its fatwa is accepted. The scholars differed in an unknown referendum in justice on two sects, the most correct of which is prohibited.
