It is an extension of the concept of the original interpretation derived from the Qur’an and the Sunnah by understanding the first century and those who followed them with charity. Among the objectives of the study: describing the contemporary interpretation with induction, then classifying it in a distinct, unique way, and explaining the path of the interpretation of the Qur’an and determining the product of contemporaries according to it. By describing the amusement of fundamentalist interpretation and discussing its problems, the study seized the concept of interpretation of the Qur’an and showed the need for a contemporary theory of optimal interpretation. After that, the other’s proximity clarified the interpretation (philosophical, scientific, and thoughtful), describing the interpretative product, its criticism and its people, and the study cried the descriptive, inductive and analytical approach. Among the most important results of the study: limiting the product of contemporary interpretation to 4 marks: fundamentalist, philosophical, scientific and thoughtful, and put each interpreter in the side from which he started and produced his interpretation in its vastness, and the study showed the formation of the intellectual reality in the interpretation with a political, religious, and social influence..and it turns out that the messenger The fundamentalist in the interpretation is what contemporary interpreters must take to determine the most disciplinary concept of the interpretation of the Qur’an that separates it from dropping the same person. And the researcher chose, after looking and induction, that the meaning of the interpretation was: (The Prophet’s pursuit ﷺ and whoever followed it to show the intention of God Almighty and reveal his intention of his words as much as God grant them success and guide them, according to the need of the recipients, for the purpose of their guidance or their argument). This definition solves the problems of the fundamentalist messenger, and blocks the door to the intellectual anesthesia, especially the expansion of ideology and modernists, and controls the philosophical and scientific mediators by directing them towards the fundamentalist messenger. The study recommends: by developing a contemporary theory of the optimal interpretation of the Holy Qur’an by evoking a balanced vision of contemporary and heritage interpretation, its goal is to know the intention of God Almighty from his words without the slightest self -projection from the interpreter.
