The prepaid credit card is one of the means of modern banking transactions, and researching banking transactions to know their provisions and issues is of great importance; Because ignorance of this results in the possibility of falling into usury and forbidden sales. - The prepaid credit card is widespread and widely used in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and elsewhere, and therefore this study highlights its importance from the great need for it for the large number of users of this card. - That this type of credit card was not singled out for an independent study that reveals their nature, types, and the ruling on each type, with an accurate description, and the need calls for that, according to the researcher’s knowledge, and God knows best.
