The aspects of combining the apparently contradictory legal texts among the fundamentalists and their applications

Abstract

In this research, I deal with one of the most important fundamentalist rules; Through which the apparently conflicting evidence is combined, and it was decided by many scholars of the foundations that combination and reconciliation are more important than weighting. Which I divided it into three sections and a conclusion clarified in the first section the definition of contradiction and combination, and in the second section the differences of scholars clarified the place of conflict and the most correct opinion in this issue, and in the third section the views of scholars were mentioned in the aspects of combining conflicting evidence with mentioning applications on it. Then, in the conclusion, I reached the results of this research, most notably the difference between the schools of Hanaf and the public in the aspects of combining evidence, and the interest of Hanafi scholars in applications more than the public, and the research was appended at the end of the list of sources and references on which it was based in writing the research.
