This issue is important to the fundamentalists from two aspects: The first aspect: that the dispute between them resulted in a disagreement between the fundamentalists in defining the term abrogation. It paved the way for the issue by defining transcription in language and idiomatically, then held a section in which the dispute was resolved and the sayings of the scholars were clarified, and another study in the evidence for each saying with discussion and weighting, then held a third topic to explain the origin of the dispute, and a fourth to clarify the type of disagreement. Then I concluded the research with results, including: that the disagreement between fundamentalists in the reality of abrogation is a moral disagreement, which is what some fundamentalists saw, and it is what prevailed to me, as the dispute resulted in fundamental issues, such as the issue of “copying the news” and the issue of “copying the verb before the ability to perform the act.” ".
