Abstract

This study aims to explain the approach of Imam Al -Zayla'i in the science of men and their districts in the book of the monument of the flag, and it has been shown that his method of introducing the narrators is based on several methods, the most important of which are: the distinction between the class of companions and the followers, and the definition of the names of the narrators and the statement of the agreed, the separated, the author and the different of the names, and the correction of the names In which illusion and thumb took place.
As well as his method of amending the narrators is based on the foundations of the most important of them: relying on amending the narrators on the graduation of the two sheikhs or one of them not to release it, and its dependence on the amendment of the narrators to the statements of the scholars of the wound and the amendment, and its amendment to the narrators without mentioning the statements of scholars, and responding to the defamation of some scholars of the narrators.
Also, his method of defaming the narrators is based on the foundations of the most important: the failure of the two sheikhs to protest Brao does not mean his wound, and to rely on the narrators ’offense on the statements of scholars, and if Al -Zayla’i doubts the narrator who is mentioned in the age, he indicates that he does not assert him by name and is judged.
