Abstract

The idea of this research is based on addressing one of the important issues in our time, which is of importance and concerns a lot, which is the woman's assumption of the position of the legal official, and it has been shown through the research what is meant by the legal authorized, and also clarified the statement of its synonyms, and the conditions that must be met in the authorized In the first topic, then I dealt in the second topic with a statement of the legal ruling for a woman to assume the position of the legal authorized person, and I mentioned the evidence of both those who allow and who prevented and discussed them. I found it by searching.
