This research sought to explain the study of the correct legal measures to deal with epidemics, and divided them into preventive and other curative measures, and each section of them: sensory and moral, and came out with a number of results, including: that the Islamic Sharia came with everything that achieves the interests of humanity or complements it, and pays off evils from it. Or reduce them, and that they preceded modern medicine, and that these measures are characterized by three things: their diversity to the sensual and the moral, and their combination of submission to fate and destiny with the action of permissible causes, and the link between the world and the hereafter. You only know in the afterlife.
