Abstract

The research consisted of: an introduction that included the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, the difficulties of research and previous studies, and an introduction that included the definition of brain death and its signs. The research chapters are two chapters, and under each chapter there are investigations as follows: Chapter One: The reality of brain death, its history and causes, and there are three chapters under it: The first: Its truth and I wrote about the difference in its identification. The brain stem then showed that medicine had concluded that the death of the brain does not require stopping the rest of the body. The second: the history of brain death, and I went back to the dates that proved and recorded brain death. The third: the causes of brain death and I attributed this to three causes after research and extrapolation (accidents - acute bleeding - brain tumors or brain infections) - Chapter Two: The legal ruling on proving death is brain death and the consequences of that. Legally, brain death. She explained the reason for the disagreement on this issue and the doctrines of the contemporaries in it with mentioning the evidence for each saying of preference. Second: I mentioned the most important effects of brain death. Conclusion: It included the results of the research, a search for sources, and an index of topics.
