Cloud mining from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence

Abstract

Cloud mining is one of the electronic ways to develop and invest money. It is concerned with the search for electronic money that is characterized by its decentralized nature, and is one of the ways to obtain it. distance between investor groups by harnessing mining hardware from mining brokers, who in turn provide account management service to miners, who contribute their computing power to solving complex crypto puzzles that is necessary to confirm the transaction and record it in the Block Chain ledger. In this research, I followed the deductive inductive approach, where I followed the sayings of the economists in the definition of cloud mining, its types, and the tools used in each type, and dealt with the historical development of the emergence of electronic mining, and then deduced the legal ruling for each type of cloud mining. And I concluded that cloud mining is a type of electronic mining to obtain types of digital currencies, and it varies to hosted mining, virtual hosted mining, and mining using the power of hashing. Before the company to work in the permissible, which is permissible according to the chosen opinion. The legislative authorities have recommended the adoption of cloud mining as a modern technological tool to obtain electronic currencies and the enactment of many laws related to electronic mining, especially cloud mining, and the monetary authorities have also recommended the adoption of blockchain technology as a monetary technology, for the gradual transformation towards electronic currency.
