Abstract

This research is tagged with “schizophrenia and its impact on the marital relationship in Islamic jurisprudence, a contemporary jurisprudence study.” His plan includes an introduction in which the definition of the subject of the research, its objectives, its importance, and its problematic, then followed by a preface, and three sections. Its effect on eligibility, and in the second section I dealt with talking about mental schizophrenia, and its impact on the marriage contract, and in the third section I dealt with the effect of mental schizophrenia on ending the marital relationship, and the research ended with a conclusion that showed the most important findings and recommendations.
