Abstract

^ Research topic: Interpretation of the verses of Ihsan, which are the two verses (24-25) of Surat Al-Nisa, which included a talk about individual faces (the chaste women) and a statement of a group of their rulings, and a reference to their counterparts in the Noble Qur’an. ^ The main objective of the research: the interpretation of verses (24-25) of Surat An-Nisa, an objective analytical interpretation, through which I show the multiplicity of the word “chaste women” and its counterparts in the Qur’an, and refuting my suspicions: Ota’s captivity, and mut’ah marriage, and clarifying what constitutes understanding in the two verses a transcendence of Islamic law , and its judgment in this regard. ^ The research problem: What are the faces of {and chaste women} and the extent of the impact of the Qur’anic context in directing their meanings? What are the analogues of {and the fortified ones} and what is the difference between their faces and their analogues? When was the verse of {And chaste women who are not possessed by you} was revealed [An-Nisa: 24] and where was it revealed, what was the reason for its revelation, and what is its meaning? Is the verse in the Almighty: {What did you enjoy with them from them, then give them their wages as an obligation} [An-Nisa: 24] what indicates the permissibility of mut’ah marriage? ^ The most important results of the research: A- The faces and analogies of the Qur'anic word are one of the linguistic miracles of the rhetoric in the Qur'an. b- Mut’ah marriage was permissible at the beginning of the legislation, then it was forbidden on the Day of Conquest until the Day of Resurrection. C - Six thousand captives who were taken prisoner in Utas, were returned to their families without ransom. D- Islam Thaqeef, Hawazin and those around them are evidence of the integrity of Islam and Muslims. ^ The most important recommendations: I recommend researchers among the commentators to investigate and collect the suspicions of orientalists and atheists against any of the Noble Qur’an and to respond to them with wisdom and good exhortation, to preserve the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and to defend Islam, and to educate the ignorant, and cure the complainants, and cut off the tongues of the prejudiced.
