Individual mediator in electronic commerce (a contemporary jurisprudence study)

Abstract

The current era has witnessed an electronic revolution in all fields, and among these fields is electronic commerce, so e-commerce sites were created, followed by the establishment of a number of brokerage companies to help complete commercial deals via the Internet, and not only companies, but also the invention of some, especially young people, the mediator project. Commercial on an individual basis, and because of the importance of clarifying the jurisprudence provisions related to this topic, I prepared this research and included: Preface: It deals with the statement of the concept of the individual broker in electronic commerce. The first chapter: In the forms of the individual entering into a mediation contract in electronic commerce (electronic brokerage, network marketing) and the difference between them, and the characteristics of the mediation contract in electronic commerce. The second chapter: On the rule of electronic commerce, the rule of the individual entering into a mediation contract in electronic commerce in the form of (electronic brokerage, network marketing), and the legal controls for the individual concluding a mediation contract in electronic commerce.
