Before we talk about liberalism as a term, we must emphasize that ideas in general are deeply rooted in the depths of history, but they remain latent in minds and hearts until they find an event that ignites its excitement and a thinker that establishes its foundations. Therefore, when we talk about liberalism, we are talking about an intellectual concept that goes deep into history, as a personal intellectual choice that is affected by political and economic conditions and personal visions.
