Abstract

Although the storyboard is considered one of the popular or attached literature, as it does not have a literary or artistic value, in addition to that it relies on ready-made templates, cliches, traditional themes and so on, the modern Arab models revealed a high narrative ability, and showed great aesthetic and artistic value. Given that linguistic pluralism is one of the manifestations of literary value, this study seeks to reveal some aspects of linguistic pluralism in the comic story. , It also reveals the active role of the storyboard tools that make them capable of coloring and forming as needed, as they do not depend on the written text alone as a means of multiple narrative discourse. The importance of the study comes in dealing with some aspects of multilingualism in the graphic narrative, and emphasizing the artistic and aesthetic ability of the graphic narrative through the analysis of some narrative models, through the application of literary discourse analysis tools on these models.
