Abstract

The research dealt with the concept of the rank presumption in the nominal sentence, and its study was an applied descriptive study. This research gains its importance in that it is related to the verses of the Noble Qur’an, and that it deals with the nominal sentence in the study; It represents the half of Arabic speech, and the research problem was the inventory and study of Quranic evidence in which the phenomenon of rank is achieved in Surat Al-Baqarah. The research aims to limit the nominal sentences contained in Surat Al-Baqarah, and make applications of the rank issue on them. The research followed the descriptive approach based on the application and analysis of samples from the verses of Surat Al-Baqarah. Among the most important findings of the research is that the rank of the nominative sentences that contain the abrogating verbs (kad and its sisters), their name, and their predicate are preserved; Because its news does not occur except an actual sentence, and its action does not come except in the present tense. And that the majority of grammarians did not differ in presenting the actual and literal news of the transcribers over their names if they came as a semi-sentence (adverb, ajar and a majrour); Because it has more capacity than other compositions, and they permitted the transformation of the news of these transcribers into wording, while preserving their rank.
