Abstract

Software production contracts are modern contracts. The subject of the contract is a computer program that is designed and purchased to perform a specific work, and since the parties to the contract used and the product need more accurate details about the nature of the contract and the work to be performed through the program under contract, it was necessary to go through In the negotiation stage before concluding the final contract, and of course, each party discloses important, accurate and truthful information before concluding the contract to the other party until the two parties reach a point of agreement after which the contract can be concluded. Reaching a clear and real vision about the nature of the program and the work to be implemented through the program, and the research discusses the nature of this commitment in this type of contracts.
