Abstract

The study dealt with the subject of jurisprudence in financial issues between the constants of the texts and the variables of reality, because of this topic of great importance in supporting and developing the process of jurisprudence in financial issues, and the financial issues included fixed principles and rules that came in the texts of the book and the Sunnah, which do not accept change and change, as It whale rulings based on jurisprudence in the emerging financial issues, and the differentiation between the constants of texts and the variables of reality is an important and necessary matter in issuing sound jurisprudential rulings in financial issues. .
