Abstract

This research deals with the emerging problems of contemporary theft, which is the theft of money via the Internet and bank accounts, and through it, the theft of money through the Internet and bank accounts has been defined, and the extent to which the conditions of theft apply to it, as well as the degree of security, and the extent to which the Internet and bank accounts are considered a safeguard, with a mention of the jurisprudential adaptation of this The type of theft, and it was my method in collecting information, the descriptive approach based on induction of what was related to the study and its issues, and concluded the research with results, including that theft through the Internet and bank accounts, is a product of contemporary life, and was not familiar in the old days, and that Haraz, is all that is preserved People know money, and the Internet and bank accounts are from it. The research concluded with several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to multiply academic scientific research on this subject.
