This research aims to demonstrate the impact of observing the purposes of family provisions in reducing divorce cases, and it deals with several modern issues that I see as the main reason for the large number of divorce cases, with an explanation of how to reduce these cases. The study showed the concept of the purposes of family provisions, and the study also reviewed how to properly establish marriage by choosing the spouses from the beginning, and the impact of this in reducing future divorce cases. and reduce divorce cases. And from what I concluded is the necessity of adhering to the criteria for choosing spouses, which were mentioned in the purified Sunnah of the Prophet, because it is the fortress to protect the family, and indeed society as a whole from disintegration and instability resulting from the large number of divorce cases.
