This research is concerned with studying the rights, duties and great morals through verses 36 to 39 of Surat Al -Nisa - an analytical study -, and aims to reflect and reflect on these verses from Surat Al -Nisa, and explain the attributes that God loves through verse (36 and 39) of Surat Al -Nisa, And explain the attributes that God does not like through verses (37 and 38) of Surat Al -Nisa. In this research, the inductive approach was conducted on the interpretation of Surat Al -Nisa, the deductive approach to study and analysis between the verses. And I concluded with several results, the most important of which are: The main axis of Surat Al -Nisa is the meeting on monotheism, which is the same axis that the Qur’an began in Surat Al -Fatihah, Surat Al -Baqara and the Imran family, as the surah also included the provisions of the family in particular, and the rulers of the Islamic community in general, including the Almighty saying:﴿ (# rß ‰ ç6ôã $#ur ©! It came to explain the rulings related to the rights of parents and relatives and the like in the aftermath of the provisions related to the rights of husbands. As for the most prominent research recommendations: singularity of the verse of the ten rights of the study (analytical study), extracting the provisions and benefits from Surat Al -Nisa, especially the provisions of women

Abstract : Dictation councils have great importance in the lives of modernists, as they had a great role in protecting the Sunnah of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Councils of scholars for dictation were well known to them, and accordingly new modern compilations called “al-Amali” were created. The scholars dealt with that in their books

ABSTRACT: Research topic: “The hadith of Dhamam bin Tha'labah (may God be pleased with him), an analytical hadith study.” The research aims to: Extrapolate the benefits and educational ethics deduced from the questions of Dhamam bin Tha'labah (may God be pleased with him). The most important results of the research: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) dreamed and patient, and the question of Dhamam (may God be pleased with him) was good. In this hadith is evidence from the evidence of prophethood, where the Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) was summarized and given to the whole speech, the essences of wisdom, and the discourse. The hadith of Abu Hurairah (may God be pleased with him) overlapped with the hadith of Anas bin Malik (may God be pleased with him), as it is one of the differences in the hadith of Anas bin Malik (may God be pleased with him), and this is one of the most important indications of the benefits of expanded hadith studies, regardless of Preserved and Unsaved; Because that does not become evident until after expansion in the graduation and study. It has been learned from the study that the hadith of Saeed AlMaqbari is preserved on the authority of Anas bin Malik, but on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may God be pleased with him), it is not correct as is the saying of the majority of critics, and he was the one who was released to me

ABSTRACT: Security and stability are two necessary elements in life that must be provided so that the state can improve itself and those in it, as cyber security is part of the state's security; Because security and fear are two opposites. God Almighty mentioned the importance of security for people in many places, including the Almighty saying: [And as we made the house a sturdy and safe for people] [AlBaqarah: ], and since cyber security is part of security, its importance comes in relation to the development of technology in which it has become the greatest in this era. Places to collect important information. Therefore, many hackers seek to obtain this information, and its protection has become an indispensable necessity, and from here the idea of cybersecurity to preserve this information emerged. The research aims to shed light On the importance of cybersecurity and defining it, what is this term called, indicating its types, components, and the powers of those in charge of it, ensuring the continuity of data, enhancing its protection, confidentiality and privacy, taking all necessary measures to protect citizens, consumers and state agencies, and reducing the risks and impacts of potential cyber threats in the areas of network use. The research summarizes the statement of the status of cyber security in Islam and its position in the purposes of Islamic law and its effects on the necessary purposes in preserving (religion, soul, reason, money and offspring). Preserving and protecting these necessities is nothing but the security with which life flourishes and develops, even if security in any society is disturbed. Life reigns chaos and corruption and I become a save These necessities are impossible. It became clear that one of the purposes of the Sharia from the punishments was to preserve the five necessities from the aspect of existence and nothingness, all of which were legislated to protect people and society from any corruption on the land by any means. Basic Cybersecurity Controls.

Abstract: The research presented the topic of Affixes in The Glorious Quran with a new vision based on verifying the concept of Affixes to scholars, applying on five of these affixes as a model for this study. The researcher has done his best to link between the multiple Qur’anic contexts in which one affix is included in order to do away with the idea of its “meaningless”. Not only had the researcher, quoted the grammarians’ points of view, but he also provided Rhetorical and legal interpretations to support his argument. The study comes in an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion, As for the introduction, it points out the concept of Affix and showed how scholars view it differently through the past and present times. As for the next five chapters, I singled a chapter for each affix of the five whereas I carefully examined contexts, collected scholarly statements, and tried to reconcile them to refute the claims of its meaninglessness. As for the conclusion, I mentioned the most important results, including: The study showed that the grammarians' word is disturbed in the concept of addition, or the link - as is the case with the Kufians - between those who say: It means that the letter did not benefit a new meaning and others. The study has shown that most of grammarians’ points of views on affix phenomenon are indecisive weather it is meaningful or meaningless as it is the case of Kufi grammarians. The study traces the commonest verses in which affixes are found obviously, and provides pieces of evidence which, unlike what is commonly claimed, they are meaningful. The study recommended the execution of independent specialized studies to go thoroughly in the Glorious Quran whereas these affixes are alleged to be meaningless and provide sound arguments of refutation. In the light of this correction of the perception of meaningfulness of affixes, new interpretation and grammatical explanation of these verses shall be a must as an urgent step to defend The Holy Book against recurrent attacks which, have been waged nowadays to challenge it. The paper is entailed with index, bibliography. May Allah guide us to the most righteous path.

ABSTRACT: The present study aimed to focus on the linguistic side in a novel holding the name of an animal as most of the studies - within the limits of what I read - that were based on novels in which the animal constituted a main focus, were literary studies and critical readings. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical method and it was based on reading the novel in depth in which: investigation of the subject matter in question (the beaver) in its various contexts, classification of this material morphologically and grammatically, semantic analysis of some morphological formulas, grammatical and lexical links and the extent of their influence and the effect of locational syntactic in the construction of the novel and its various connotations. The research reached a number of results as the author's life has an impact on his literary work, and this has appeared in the novel as the writer got acquainted with (the beaver) while he was in Portland and on the banks of the Willam River, and he made it the focus of his narration. The emergence of the referral role in linking the parts of the narrative text and removing the existing ambiguity including the use of pronouns of the speaker that fit the novelist who rely on the narratives the self and third person pronouns that fit the events, people, and places in the narrator's mind. The role of the moral link with the presence of repetition in some of the words of the novel was emerged, which achieved coherence in the text in addition to its semantic functions of affirmation.
